Binaural Beats

Can You Create Your Own Reality?
Most people would agree, that in order for our minds to be able to create, we have to be able to focus. If you take a moment to think about what you thinking about right now (check point) you'll notice that:
  • You think a lot
  • Your thoughts are unpredictable
  • Your mind can be distracted very easily
  • You are only noticing now, that you are thinking something different from what you were thinking the last time you checked. (check point)
How can you focus on creating your own reality if your mind is slipping and running all over the place? And there is another spanner in the works. Even if you take a moment to focus your mind (everyone can do this) and say to yourself the best thing that you can imagine happening to yourself (an affirmation) right now, you will notice the other spanner: Your mind is very, very critical.

Critical thinking is our subconscious defence mechanism. It's there to stop us from doing the wrong thing. If someone gives you bad advice, you will not accept it. The problem is, sometimes we don't accept good advice either! This is because our critical thinking is programmed to protect our belief systems, and anything that goes against what we believe, is automatically (subconsciously) rejected.

You Can Create Your Own Reality
For affirmations to be effective, we have to focus the mind, and critical thinking must be suspended. NBSR accomplishes this aim, using Binaural Beats in conjunction with hypnosis. Binaural Beats are sounds which pulse at a specific frequency. This frequency, say 10 Hz, matches that of a specific brain state, causing the neurons to pulse at the same frequency, and thus causing that state to occur in the brain. Andrew works with alpha state, the same state as dreaming. (This technique will not be used in cases of epilepsy.)

The use of Binaural Beats has the following amazing benefits:
  • stimulation of alpha state: (dream) calm, yet aware
  • sharper focus and concentration
  • physical and mental relaxation
  • suspension of critical thinking
  • deeper connection with self, life, and what is really important to you
  • an ambiance, which becomes familiar as your NBSR sessions progress. It's like having your own personal theme music for your transformational experiences

"What I love about Binaural Beats is that I get to use music as a form of transformation, and music is already very transformational! The Binaural sound track is the "sound" in Neuro-Behavioural Sound Reprogramming. It's the glue that holds it all together."
